Golerka ("Golerka", "we", "us", "our") is a creative and marketing studio registered in Casablanca, Morocco.

2. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you:
- visit https://golerka.com/ or any subdomain;
- contact us through the site, email, phone, or social media;
- engage us as a client, or work with us as a supplier or partner;
- interact with our marketing communications.
3. Personal data we collect
We only collect data we actually need.
Contact form
- Name, email address, company
- Nature of your enquiry (service, budget, timing)
- Anything else you include in the message
Clients and suppliers
- Business contact details
- Billing details (company, VAT/ICE, address, bank)
- Project communication and files
Visitors
- IP address, device and browser information, referring URL
- Pages viewed, time on page, actions taken
- Cookies (see the Cookie Policy)
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
4. Why we use your data (legal bases)
Under GDPR and Morocco's Law 09-08, we rely on:

5. Who we share your data with
We share personal data only with processors who help us run our business, under a data processing agreement:
- Hosting provider — website hosting
- Google Analytics 4 — site analytics (anonymised IP)
- Google Workspace — email and file storage
- Meta Business Suite — if we run ads for you
- Klaviyo / Mailchimp — email marketing (if you subscribe)
- Stripe / Wise — payment processing
We never sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
6. International transfers
Some processors are outside Morocco or the EEA (mainly in the USA). Where personal data is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
7. How long we keep your data
- Contact form submissions — 24 months from last contact, unless you become a client
- Client and supplier records — 10 years after engagement ends (Moroccan & EU tax law)
- Marketing consent — until you unsubscribe
- Analytics data — 14 months maximum
8. Your rights
Under GDPR (if you're in the EEA/UK) and Law 09-08 (in Morocco), you can:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify incorrect or incomplete data
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the legal basis)
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority:
- In Morocco: CNDP — cndp.ma
- In the EEA: your local Data Protection Authority

9. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures — TLS everywhere, access control, encrypted backups, two-factor authentication on all business accounts.
10. Automated decisions
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date. For changes that affect you materially, we will notify you by email where we have your address.
